Customise sidebar "Write about this" link #80

What i had in mind was the rigt side colum of a request " Write about this on Medium" to link it with our blog (instead of medium) to invite users to write articles on their request...is that an option ?

Reopening to reflect that we're waiting on translations.

This has been merged to master, so a deploy will cause this to be released without translation.
