Set up a process for submitting Climate Emergency declarations data to Cedamia, to update their global map of declarations #488

The map on https://www.climateemergency.uk/blog/map-of-local-council-declarations/ is managed by https://www.cedamia.org/global.

They say updates can be emailed to info@cedamia.org, and ask for:

Council name
Date of Climate Emergency Declaration
Population of council area
A link to the declaration text on the council website OR other reliable evidence of the declaration text
A link to a news article (if you have one)

We need to:

Check whether we have this data in CAPE
And if so, set up a process for supplying them with regular data updates from CAPE, so they can keep their map up to date

I have e mailed you about South Killingholme Parish Council declaring a climate emergency Mon 3rd April.
