Show CAPE (and maybe Scorecards) to council officers, and get a sense of whether what’s there is useful / what we’re missing.

Hi @ajparsons !

Do you have any thoughts on research questions that I could use to develop interview questions for user research please?

Or do you think research questions might be better answered by another method e.g. usability testing?

Or maybe a mix?

Thanks!

I think this is over-complicating it a bit - we want feedback, but realistically we want to know if anything we've added massively solves a problem so we can promote what we've already done better. We're not going to do another big push on cape, but realistic to spend more time promoting.

So I'd say just get some conversations in with some local government stakeholders - focused around the kind of features in these blog posts:

https://www.mysociety.org/2023/12/12/how-we-improved-cape-this-year/ https://www.mysociety.org/2023/12/11/new-feature-scorecards-question-pages-unlock-hundreds-of-brand-new-datasets/

Some free form feedback fine on what's not right fine, but looking for the "ooo" moments, that help shape comms, and any advice they can give in getting it front of the right people.
