Get some decent data into citizenconnect.test.mysociety.org

Currently I've just deployed it with none of the following:

• news
• orgs/ccgs/trusts
• users
• places
• problems
• reviews

And we really need it to match the live site for as much of the above as possible initially. (Obviously the users will be different)
