I had a call from Richard today regarding our key scraping the Choices API.
He wanted to confirm that were processing using the commentssince call to avoid traffic (he quoted 30 results called every 4 seconds).
We need to clarify:
[ ] when these calls were being made
[ ] to which API (both the production API and the preview one use the same key)
[ ] which endpoint they are to (we have several different processes that interact with the Choices API)
[ ] what an acceptable usage level is (both number of calls, and delay between them)
After creating a fix to #1203 there was a higher level of calls for a few days (initially to back fill the missing reviews, but also due to an error on my part). Affected dates would have been from 27 Sep 2013 to 30 Sep 2013. This has now been resolved.
