Add text to live feed page (under filters) signposting the provider summary pages #1249

The map displays the location of NHS providers that are part of Care Connect using dots. Clicking the dot will display a summary of feedback the provider has received. To view more detailed information, click 'View all details' Dots will vary in shade; darker dots indicate a higher number of 'open' and 'in progress' problems. This does not necessarily indicate a poorly performing NHS provider - it could be that they are actively progressing problems and encouraging people to report them.

This page displays all reviews and problems received from the public about NHS services in Care Connect. Feedback is listed in chronological order. To view feedback for a specific provider or a specific date period you can use the filters above. To view more detail about the providers visit the main dashboard (include link)
