The map displays the location of NHS providers that are part of Care Connect using dots. Clicking the dot will display a summary of feedback the provider has received. To view more detailed information, click 'View all details' Dots will vary in shade; darker dots indicate a higher number of 'open' and 'in progress' problems. This does not necessarily indicate a poorly performing NHS provider - it could be that they are actively progressing problems and encouraging people to report them.
