The supplied screenshot for this showed an email address in the telephone number field and the validation message that this was an invalid phone number (which it is). I don't think this is a bug.
Confirmed by NHSD that Chrome's auto-complete was to blame.
Carrying out testing on the staging site and I hit an error when trying to submit an problem when I enter email rather than telephone as it wants a telephone number, and won’t let me progress.
Continuing testing for submitting from CRM to CC website.
