Footer changes on mhl pages of Care Connect site: document with links emailed (to Steve) as not able to upload attachements here: please look at document for required changes

Nearly there; slight changes required:

There are two extra pipes at the end of the first footer row. It ends with:’ | | |’ should be ‘ |’
