Change wording at top of CC pages #1287

Please change the wording that appears at the top of each CC page. currnetly this reads:

''Currently this site is only live for parts of London and the North East of England - other areas will be added soon''

Please change to: Currently this site is only live for parts of England – Other areas will be added soon

Text should remain in the colour red
