Referred to another provider

Not sure if this is possible, its not a major issue so would only want to change if simple to do so.

Can we change the way in which problems which have a status of ‘referred to another provider’ are displayed on the dashboard i.e. they don't display the status with a green circle?

For example P230 – on the dashboard it looks as though the problem is still open (I know in the back end the status of 'referred to another provider' does not 'close' the problem as we never came to a decision on this behaviour) however when we look at the maps it doesn’t show at all.

If possible, on the dashboard, instead of a round circle which implies the problem is open could it show a “-“ (dash / line) to show its irrelevant as it’s sent to another provider?

@Lynne2 - This is easy to do, but I don't think the dash looks that great in the places we use the circles:

How about a grey circle instead?

Or no circle at all?
