Remove all social media accounts and the blog from the site #1314

In prep for this being closed down, we need to do the following:

  1. Remove the twitter feed from the homepage.
  2. Remove the ‘From the Internet’ section of the ‘CONTACT CARE CONNECT’ footer from the homepage.
  3. Remove the ‘LATEST NEWS’ section, so then the footer could appear directly beneath the ‘LIVE FEEDBACK’ section.
  4. Remove the references to twitter and Facebook from the second paragraph on the about page. (The references to cookie policy and data retention in the about page that relate to social media can be left in place.)
  5. Update the ‘Currently this site is only live for parts of England - other areas will be added soon’ text in the header with text explaining that the project is coming to a close. NHS to supply this text.
  6. Delete the wordpress blog, and remove the news section from the site.
