Escribo solicitando se me informe sobre cómo [whatever the public entity is] ha gestionado mi solicitud de información [name of information request].

[ DETALLA TU QUEJA AQUÍ ]"

First line is already as specified (Por favor envíe este mensaje a la Oficina responsable de tramitar las solicitudes de información.)

Second line is already as specified (Escribo solicitando se me informe sobre cómo [whatever the public entity is] ha gestionado mi solicitud de información [name of information request].)
