Prompt users to enter last name on registration #53

-3. Name and Last Names need to be mandatory: We noticed that during our workshop some of the students who made a request, some of them, only used their name and they did not wrote their last names, which is mandatory according to our law when you make a request. Is it possible to work and another thechnical reform or adjust in the Register Part and to separate in two different boxs NAME and LAST NAME?

-4. NAME: because in the box of your name, it only says Name, therefore many of the students only wrote their names without their LAST NAMES which is mandatory by law on Access to Public Information in Nicaragua.

Suggestion is to have first_name and last_name boxes, which we could do – just merge the two params before instantiating the new User.

Alternatively we could use the label and/or a placeholder attribute.
