Install "Taxonomy List Widget" plugin on staging site

Need to install this plugin, either manually, or via wp-cli plugin install – https://wordpress.org/plugins/tag-list-widget/

(See #12 for related issue about staging site not allowing plugin downloads.)

Then you can add the widget to the relevant sidebars at /wp-admin/widgets.php. Here’s where I’ve got them ("Taxonomy List Widget") in my vagrant VM:

I've installed the plug-in following the resolution of #12, but I've not activated or configured it.
