Link to 'get involved' on help page broken #309

http://www.fixmystreet.com/faq "Do you need any help with the project? - Yes, we can use help in all sorts of ways, technical or non-technical. Please see our Get Involved page."

A 'Get Involved' / volunteering page hasn't yet been added to the new mySociety.org so we have a dead link. Change this to a get in touch email address, perhaps?

I'd rather this pressured the page to be added/ put back.

We now have a nascent volunteering page: http://www.mysociety.org/helpus/ (which will be added to as I get some first-person accounts from our volunteers). There are no specific details about volunteering for FMS though.

@dracos - What kind of tasks can FMS volunteers get involved with?

This should be replaced by a ticket about our whole approach to volunteering on FMS now
