Link definitions from the most easily confusing words #575

Take this excellent page:

http://code.fixmystreet.com/customising/fms_and_mapit/

It begins:

"When you add a body to FixMyStreet..."

But what is a body? If I don't know this then I'm immediately lost on this page.

I think there's an argument for having a glossary of terms page, and then linking from places like this so people can understand more easily.

Closing this issue because the glossary now exists at http://code.fixmystreet.com/glossary/ and adding links to it throughout the docs is now an ongoing task. Yay.
