I guess the trust principle here should be that users are in control of their own actions on the site - as little as possible should come as a surprise to them. I think this ties in to #463. We need to rework the campaign page, making the difference between emails (both incoming and outgoing) and comments clearer.
Occasionally we ask for clarification from users and they add it as a comment when it would be better if it went direct. It would be helpful if we could forward comments on as email clarification.
Does that breach any trust issues with the site?
