New outgoing messages from a campaign page should be reworked so as to include more of the previous context.
Reply-to buttons should not let you reply to incoming messages that can't be replied to (e.g. have a no-reply local part) - either they should not appear in that case, or they should send outgoing messages to the original problem reporting address at the same domain.
Yellow email buttons in campaign panel should include previous correspondence - most recent incoming message from that domain by default? And should set subject to "Re: [original problem subject]"
