Design alternative FMT homepage to conversion track against #604

Louise has already run two A/B tests on the FMT homepage, but neither were what you'd call beautiful redesigns - more tests of certain theories.

I'd like you to construct an alternative FMT homepage that has fewer, clearer elements, and which flags up the fact that this site Really Works much more clearly. At this stage I don't want to put time into things like real-time updates (like the FMS homepage) so this is more about crafting some large, clear symbols of success.

Retain the three column look.

I think we should have some giant symbols to supplement the Green Buttons showing a bus stop and train station over the top of the big button for Stops and each mode of transport (train, bus, boat) over the big button for Journey/Route. In fact, I would drop "route" from it.

This is my design theory.

With regards to pushing success, I think that selected quotes in bubbles like Better Buses or a Success Blog/Feed with a title such as Mrs Smith got a bus stop, Mr Jones has got a good response from First, etc, somewhere above the fold would be a useful method.
