Instead of a 'Feedback' button, we have a 'FAQ' button,
which then lists the following:
Great site! - form for feedback
x/y/z route is missing - form asking for more detail
(Origin/Destination and operator)
Where are the times? - Explanation, followed by links to Traveline/Transport Direct
Where can I book tickets? - Explanation, followed by links to National Rail/TheTrainLine
Anything else - form for feedback
Benefits:
Would potentially reduce the sheer amount of emails asking for the same thing
Weaknesses:
May result in more people not providing valuable feedback, or with people asking why we've complicated the feedback process.
