Atom Feeds for Routes #613

One of the issues with having atom feed for routes is that it places the marker for the route at the midpoint.

For example, London to Newcastle issues are reported in Gainsborough when it would be helpful for them to be reported in either London or Newcastle.

The only issue would be reporting them twice on the RSS feed because there would be two locations that it would be reporting at.
