I know that one-off problem pages were created with the vision that only the user would be commenting - hence the single 'update' button. However, in many instances, users, and the team, are using this space to converse/comment/query.
In a typical example, a volunteer might ask for more information, or give advice, which the original reporter then wants or needs to reply to.
Feedback via email today:
I raised a complaint today and someone has asked me for further
details. However, I cannot find a way to respond to this request.
Logging in, then clicking on the icon/image box (labelled ANORAK
ADMIN) next to the requesters text, results in a, "Windows Cannot
Display The Web Page" message". Am I using the site correctly? How
should I communicate with this person?
