I would like to see the opportunity created for weekly reminder emails that tell operators/LA's/authorities what has yet to be answered by them. In addition, it would be nice to have the facility for the volunteers to see unanswered responses so that they can push users forward to the next stage rather than wait for a user who is disappointed with the lack of response challenge us.
I think this would drive success up and failures down.
This might go hand in hand with further tagging of the campaigns as per WDTK so auto acknowledgements can be ignored.
