Various problems in the usability testing could be fixed by this. The justification is:

       We should already have asked what type of stop the
       user is looking for.  Although adding extra steps
       does always lose some users, the analytics show that
       94% people have no problem with the lovely transport
       mode selection page when picking a route, and we're
       losing much more than 6% of people at the stop
       selection page.

(This should be A/B tested.)
