In the usability tests, searching for "Brighton train" produced unexpected results.
Someone did this after seeing that the results for searching for "Brighton" appeared only to be bus stops. What actually happens is that we don't get an exact match, so try metaphone sound-alike matches, which brings up various stations around the country.
In the test, the situation wouldn't have arisen if we'd fixed issue #663, but we still should produce more easily comprehensible results in this situation.
Perhaps the best solution would be:
Present metaphone results in a list, saying "No exact result found, did you mean one of the following?" at the top.
However, there are a number of issues in GitHub relating to gazetteer problems, and this might be worth looking at in a wide context.
