9. Campaign page looks too confusing on creating a campaign
Only one participant commented on this, saying that the
page looked too "busy" and they didn't know what to do
next. This will be something we'll think about, of
course, as part of any redesign of the page. However, in
the mean time, the simplest tweak would seem to be:
- Treat the initial display of the campaign page
differently. For example, you're very unlikely to
want to immediately mark the problem as "fixed",
except for the users who just click every button on
the page on general principle :) Similarly, "Ask an
expert" is likely to come later.
