Could be back-end if we're not comfortable putting this in public - we've not previously pointed fingers at any specific operators for being 'worse' than others (in terms of number of complaints, or speed of responses or number of 'fixeds' etc).
As previously discussed with the wider team, it would be most useful to also include figures, where known, on number of passengers transported, so that the number of complaints could be seen as a proportion/percentage too.
A table comparing the number of complaints by operator, to compare to other organisations. Also need to be able to customise the start and end dates of the table to be able to compare directly to other data sources.
