We'd like to put our process map in a public place - probably the blog - so that we can link users and operators to it when we need to explain how the site works.
But it'd be great if it could be made slicker, and to fit in with the general FMT design.
It could do with a few updates/changes first:
"User asked to decide whether it's a one-off issue or a recurrent/long-term issue" - change to "User decides whether it's a one-off issue or a recurrent/long-term issue"
Switch columns around so that they are in the same order as this (ie the purple text boxes should be on the right and the pink on the left).
"Long term issue" add "user creates a campaign that anyone can join" below in smaller font
"One-off issue" add "user corresponds one-to-one with operator" in smaller font
"Public web page created" (two instances) - change to "Report published on public web page"
"Reply sent direct to original reporter" - change to "Original reporter receives notification of reply"
Pink column requires a further box "User may reply to operator" with arrow going back to "operator replies".
Purple column requires two further boxes, under "Any user may comment on public page" and "User and others may leave further comments". Both to state "comments are emailed to supporters".
Pink column requires a further box under "Public web page created - anyone can read/comment" which says "comments are emailed to the original reporter".
