Integrate with WritetoThem #709

Sending people to WritetoThem is something that I am increasingly doing. As you can imagine, it can be difficult to identify where some users are from when they raise a complaint so would it be possible to have some form of swift integration with WritetoThem.

For example

(1)Jane Doe has raised an issue about a bus service/train service/train station/bus stop

(2) FMT Volunteer suggests you contact your councillor/MP through WritetoThem.

This releases some form of email that sends the user back to the website.

They are presented with the options available now when a volunteer suggests someone to write to but instead of an email address, they get a WritetoThem Postcode box. The Postcode box is filled in by the user and it presents them with the options to contact all of the political peeps applicable (MP, AM, Scottish MP, Irish Member, Councillors). I don't think that they need MEP's and Lords and PCC's.

We would need to put the personal details in a separate box for when it goes to them and we would need to have a discussion about whether the response from them should be put in the public domain automatically.
