Cross-links from mySociety sites work well for encouraging qualified traffic, but it's harder with FMT, as its purpose is less generic.
For the sites that already crosslink, perhaps we could just add the FMT link to the list - 'Did you know we also have this service?'.
It seems close enough to FMS to be a valid link, at least: "Did you know we have a similar site for transport problems?"
Perhaps also on WDTK when someone submits a FOI request to any transport-related body.
Maybe a link on the Mapumental about page, since both are related to public transport.
