I am pretty sure I have raised this ticket before but I'm afraid I can't locate it.

To address the issue of so many peope arriving on the site and assuming we are the operator:

A graphic/banner at the top of every page that says Welcome to FixMyTransport. WE ARE NOT [OPERATOR OF THE ROUTE]. We are an independent website through which you can contact any transport operator in Britain, in public. Why would you want to do that? Read more...

I am just a little concerned that the capitalised section is a negative that could be put elsewhere, such as at the end.

Welcome to FixMyTransport. We are an independent website through which you can contact any transport operator in Britain, in public. Why would you want to do that? Read more...

FixMyTransport does not operate or fund any transport services and we are not [OPERATOR]

Comment from Peter: "Here is a really obvious comment. Did you know that we have nothing on the pages that say HELP or FAQ's and HELP. The About page is not exactly helpful for anyone trying to work out what to do.

FixMyStreet offers this, with a simple FAQ that is bold, loud and in your face http://www.fixmystreet.com/faq

It says what you should do and what you shouldn't do

On our most basic pages, we could add some form of Question Mark or Do you need help, that either offers an overlay or an expanding box/page that explains the page and offers more help."
