Reminder emails #738

At the moment we send an email a few weeks after a report is made, asking the user to indicate whether it has been fixed.

We should also consider a more generic 'How's the [route/stop] performing these days?' email after, say, 12 weeks - with a link to the route page to show whether any other reports have been made on it, or to invite the user to make a new report.

Yes. I would also like to add the advice that I keep posting but written slightly better.

We would advise you record the details of specific incidents where you encounter issues. This will allow the operator to investigate the causes and provide you with an appropriate response.

To do this, you will need to record the time, date, location you were waiting at and direction you were travelling.in. You can then return to FixMyTransport via the link below and raise a complaint with the operator. You then turn your anecdotal experiences into structured complaints, which the operator will be able to deal with better. It will also make it easier for you to involve third parties.
