Suggest actions when a user clicks 'not fixed' in the follow up questionnaire #739

At the moment we ask if they'd like us to contact them again in six weeks to see if the problem has been fixed.

I suggest that we also link them to some specific actions they can take this minute:

I would have a different version for a response and no response.

I want to add the following

With regards to LTW, PF, BUUK and BPP, I think it would be helpful if we could create some integration with the site with a statement on the site that says that they have messaged the watchdog but sent the message privately (like how we contact the ICO on WDTK).

So the email would go to the the Watchdogs with:

Details of the complainant - we need to ask them all what they want. Additional Notes (so we ask the user if they have made any emails, letters or phonecalls away from FixMyTransport) Original Message A link to the page on the site.

Yes, good idea to have a message whether the answer is yes or no. Also good idea to have a link back to the page. I think the watchdogs idea needs to be a separate ticket.
