Create a Magazine Blog Format for latest issues about popular types of updates #740

Could we create some form of "magazine format" for popular regions (London) and forms of transport (Train/Bus)

For example

Trains

Title - Brand New Issues on FixMyTransport

Four Campaigns/One off Reports that are brand new laid horizontally across the page, with pictures and title and reporting date.

Title - Latest Updates

Four Campaigns/One off Reports laid horizontally across the page

Title - Latest Responses - I am unsure about this one.

Four Campaigns/One off Reports laid horizontally across the page

Title - Interesting Issues

Four Randomly generated Campaigns/One off Reports laid horizontally across the page from the last month or so.

Rather than the latest responses from operators, we could have the Campaigns that have recently been joined by someone.
