With regards to LTW, PF, BUUK and BPP, I think it would be helpful if we could create some integration with the site with a statement on the site that says that they have messaged the watchdog but sent the message privately (like how we contact the ICO on WDTK).
We should discuss the options with all four "watchdogs" to ensure that we provide an optimum service for them.
My suggestion is below.
So the email would go to the the Watchdogs with:
Details of the complainant - we need to ask them all what they want.
Additional Notes (so we ask the user if they have made any emails, letters or phonecalls away from FixMyTransport)
