Could we make the mobile site reporting process slicker? For example, we could put the whole reporting process on one (preferably) or two pages, then ask them to input their email. If they don't have an account, it sends them everything they have inputted to their email address and tells them to register to confirm their details and send their message to the operator. We can remind them more often if they don't register after 24 hours.
