It’s over 3 floors this year!

Ground floor – PDF

First floor – PDF

Second floor – PDF

Need to make the following things obvious:

Entrance (ground floor)
Toilets (all floors)
Stairs and lifts (all floors) – and how they match up between floors
Main plenary in Sala Verde (2nd floor)
Coffee / refreshments either side of the plenary (2nd floor)
Lunch in Galleria (1st floor)
Breakout rooms in Sala 4 and Sala 9 (ground floor)

Ooh I like it! Well done. Could you add the wall doors in the main plenary please? It would also be good to say somewhere on there that these floor are within the Villa Vittoria. I will send this as it is to the venue, and confirm things with them. It may be that we have catering set up in other areas too.

Worth marking fire exits? I realise that the stairs are pretty obvious, and also that the first thing absolutely nobody is going to do in the event of an emergency is pull out the map and look on it to find their escape route, but still. Liability.

I’m not sure. Two reasons:

I don’t know what the venue’s evacuation plans are. The worst thing we could do is print instructions that contradict the venue signage or the staff training.
I've been looking at a lot of museum and art gallery maps this morning (eg: V&A, Science Museum, National History Museum, National Portrait Gallery) and none of them mark fire exits on the visitor maps.

Ah, just need to check with venue if all the toilets are accessible. @zarino the blue section with the wheelchair on first floor - what is that depicting? The accessible lift? It kind of looks like toilets to me, but I don't think that area is a toilet

Blue rooms are toilets.

For the record, here it is with the latest changes:

Better colour differentiation between lifts, stairs, and toilets
"Room 4/9" rather than "Breakout 4/9" (as per #24)
