Convert the existing design (5x3 inches) to A7 (105x74 mm).

@Gemmamysoc There’s a PDF here https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B_2LN3vVyLmAbklCSHEtSklQSGc/view – 105x74mm (A7) plus a 3mm bleed on all sides. (Printer didn't specify what bleed they wanted – if 3mm isn't suitable for them, I can supply a different file with less, or no, bleed)
