@adysson Just to let you know, on this point:

On the other hand, now I see on production site that the solution won't work, because the url /body/list/Č don't list appropriate public bodies as you told before.

I've managed to reproduce this bug on an EC2 machine, and I'm trying to work out a fix for the problem now...
