Add replica database vars to example config #90

Adds examples for configuring a read-only replica database to the example configuration file, and necessary code to use it.

@sagepe Have added the necessary to use the variables if present (I think). With some replication-lag-dealing busting middleware, and it being random for reads otherwise.

Test on staging today and then put it live.
