Administrative and Political boundaries from OSM file to KML for country #61

HI. How can I get country administrative and political boundaries from OSM file for example Italy.osm witch is 15 GB, and create KML files for all 20 regions? I need all admin_level up to 11. Thanks

The first half of instructions on http://code.mapit.mysociety.org/import/global/ (which is independent of MapIt) hopefully explains this - you can set up your own Overpass server (or use a remote one if you think it won't be too many requests for it), then use that to generate all the KML files required.
