submitted via SMS’ text and image. One could say something like ‘Show all SMS texts’ and the other could be ‘SMS texts for this problem’. Without this I think the ‘show messages for this report’ / ‘show all available messages’ text toggle is not conspicuous enough, and will be forgotten/overlooked by Barangay users.

not sure about this, so for now I've just put a stronger border around the button in mysociety/fixmystreet@7ba6b170e09 ...maybe revisit this later
