Following confirmation link throws error.

Investigate and fix.

Can't reproduce, have repeated process a couple of times with new emails, no errors.

Error logs show duplicate key violation on email.

Confirmed this was an error in the database cause by me inserting record ids directly instead of using the sequence, d'oh!
