style attention boxes (attention-box CSS class) #10

We could use some design love to style the breakout-like attention-box divs.

Currently the FMS docs have a few (admittedly currently nothing but hopeful) examples of these secondary classes:

For the warning one especially: it would be helpful for our lovely readers if this was a little more distinct than just the current attention-box's grey border.

I also think I'd use these much more if they were lovely styled, and if they were subtle but pretty then they would break up some of the bigger pages nicely.

Bonus point for a designer who avoids the lightbulb icon cliché in the helpful-hint class ;-)

Just to note this has now been merged and deployed on http://fixmystreet.org/ - e.g. http://fixmystreet.org/customising/templates/ , thank you :) And a few commits in this theme that had gone missing have been put back (fixmystreet.org was pointing at a non-existing commit in this repository which definitely used to exist! e.g. ones that fixed #3 and #7. All back now)

Awesome, thanks @dracos.
