Sounds like they're work identifies areas of highest potential for DNOs to fund retrofit to defer or eliminate the need for grid reinforcement, and at least some of those areas span multiple local authority areas and aren't necessarily congruent with them.

As a local authority climate officer I want to see how residents are engaging with Neighbourhood Warmth and analyse patterns of activity so that I can understand opportunities to enable maximum progress towards our climate targets and broader aims e.g. by convening stakeholders at events tailored to local needs.
