It’d be good to have a few teams pre-populated into the Alpha site, near our pilot locations, so testers can get an impression of what the site would really be like, once people near them had started using it.
Ideally the dummy "teams" would be at different stages of the NW process, and/or be looking into different retrofit measures.
We should write this all into a script, so that we can remove and repopulate the dummy data, between testing workshops.
