Thanks for doing this - we had actually already got new IDs for some of these people in our system (e.g. 26055 is https://www.theyworkforyou.com/mp/26055/louie_french/old_bexley_and_sidcup as 26053 and 26054 are already taken by an MLA and a Lord), but I've taken the death of Jack Dromey and some other changes on top and merged these in (the data uses died, not death, and resigned not resignation), along with your commit, thank you.
