other_names with 9999-12-31 end_date #35

In several places a Person has an other_name with an end_date of 9999-12-31

Would it not be better to simply omit the end_date for these?

Yep, probably an artefact of the moving process, I thought I'd caught them all but looks like the Presiding Officer three were missed. PR welcome :)
