Reduce the search radius to more closely match the map viewport #139

Will be a bit tricky for smaller screens, but we could be conservative and catch most of the cases where it would confuse people that there are no pins shown.

I'd suggest a radius of 1/4 mile to start with, which should show the matching results on all but the smallest mobile screens and still reasonably fill desktop ones.
